Who is Cartoon Chill?
Hello!
I’m Cartoon Chill, but I go by Kasey Tam. I am a story artist, animator, and compositor looking for work in film or television.
I’m from Greenwich Connecticut currently studying at The School of Visual arts. My passion is in creating stories and characters that can touch the hearts of others through the medium of animation. I work in a 2D + 3D combined style where 2D characters are seamlessly placed in 3D backgrounds, making for an effective style and time-saver from painting hundreds of backgrounds. Studied at MassArt 2019 - 2021. Currently studying at The School of Visual Arts majoring in BFA Animation Class of 2025.
